We watched Derek and his crew replace a neighbour’s cedar roof and were so impressed with what we saw that we engaged his services after requesting a quote. Because our roof is identical to the neighbour’s, we knew exactly what to expect and Derek delivered. His crew was efficient and did an excellent job on both the torch on and the cedar, and Derek was frequently on site to ensure the work met his exacting standards. The materials used were premium grade cedar shakes (not shingles), so we are confident that our roof will withstand the rains for many years to come! Derek is a stickler for details, and did most of the finer touches, like diverters and chimney stack assembly, himself, always checking to see if we were satisfied with the results. The work site was left clean and tidy by the roofers, and Derek completed the final cleanup himself. We found him to be agreeable, communicative, professional, and very customer service oriented, and would highly recommend Accountable Roofing Services to anyone wanting work done to the highest standards.
