I was getting frustrated dealing with another roofing company to fix our problem. After several days I decided to look for someone else. I found Accountable Roofing on google. I was so happy when he said he could come the same day I called. He couldn’t fix problem that day but he provided a patch in case it rained before he could come back. He came back a few days later ( the day before it started raining again) and fixed our roof. I am so happy to find someone who came out to our house promptly and fixed our problem within a week. This is so rare these days. He was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

From time to time we see rodents causing damage to roofs.
This time we see that likely a racoon trying to go threw your rubber membrane in your dead valley.
It is always a good idea to keep tree branches trimmed back from over hanging roof facets so they can't drop on to your roof and cause damage.
