We have two septic tanks on our property and after an inspection by another company, we needed to have them pumped.
The representative came on time and pumped out both in a quick and efficient manner explaining what he was doing every step of the way. We won't hesitate to contact them again down the road to have the system pumped again when necessary.

My toilet was and plumbing was clogged very badly, and after I called them, they first didn't come on time, charged extra for "wasting time" and even took 5 breaks in one hour. Although they did finish their work, it costed a lot.

My wife stayed home for a full day and they didn't show up or call. They finally came after dark, in the rain when only my daughter was home. They proceeded to massacre the lawn and left a mess everywhere. The back lawn and side of the house were destroyed. They also left a large pile of refuse on the driveway.

Unfortunately, my daughter gave them the cheque that we had left for them.

When I finally got hold of them they said that the "driver broke both his shovels". I asked them to come and clean up their mess, but they did not return.

I have left messages and sent emails, but they do not respond or care about the problem!
