Mark is absolutely phenomenal. When I called requesting a cleaning he was able get me scheduled in for the next day. He was very personable and kind, someone that I did not worry about entering my home. We have two small dogs who do not take it easy on our carpets and they looked fantastic once Dang Good was finished with them. Would highly recommend :) (and won't wait as long between cleanings now). Thank you!
