Shane and Chazz showed up right on time and were very professional. We went through the rooms and discussed the price I had agreed upon over the phone with Mark. There were no hidden costs or pressure to upgrade the package. They did a great job; very efficient and took the time to really saturate the areas on the carpet we pointed out where the cat had his accidents. Overall very pleased and the price was quite fair - lower than other places I had called to compare. I would highly recommend!
