Dang Good Carpet And Furnace Cleaning

Just moved in to our new house and had the guys from Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning come in and do their magic. We were pleased with the initial phone contact when ordering, laying out all the prices, and the quick professional service we received from Ken, Austin, Shannon & John.

My first great impression with Dang Good was with Mark when I called in to make the appt. Very honest and friendly guy! Ken and Austin were my furnace cleaning techs and they were very prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! Then Marc came to do my carpet cleaning, and again I experienced the best customer service! Marc went above and beyond to inform me of any deficiencies in each room (ie stains, frays, repairs needed). Dang Good is the best customer service I have received in years - truly!!

From the first phone call, estimate and actual service, everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. We were very pleased with the service and our technician, Marc.

I hired them to do furnace cleaning. It was clear, forthright, upfront and easy to book. Ken and Austin came and did a professional, thorough job of cleaning our ducts.

When one service provider let us down, Dang Good stepped up and came the next day to clean our furnace and ducts. The crew arrived on time, was highly personable, and accommodated our curious but apprehensive cat. The price was reasonable, what we discussed, and held no surprises. We've used Dang Good before but were seduced by a "half-price" offer from a competitor. Won't happen again. The cleaning got rid of dust from a recent renovation and hair from our shedding liege lord. Breathing easier already.

Thank you for an excellent job cleaning our carpets. John and Shannon were friendly and professional, on time (early, in fact, and were very gracious about giving me a little more time to vacuum!) and the carpets were freshened and clean in no time.

This company, Mark, his crew, are truly God sent. I am a single mother to 4 wonderful children, my young son is special needs and just had his 3rd open heart surgery. He is doing well and healing with grace, but when I got home from Edmonton (Stollery Hospital) My precious mommy was ill, after finding out just a few weeks ago that my mommy is terminally ill, I lost my job. Im moving mommy and the children into a new home but for their health especially, i wanted the carpets disinfected and cleaned before bringing my family home. I text mark and he called, polite as ever. He asked me a few questions that lead me to tell him that I had a sick son and sick mommy coming into the home. Mark replied..."I will come out and have all the carpets done at no charge" I must help, he says. I couldn't stop crying. As bad as things are for me right now, loosing my job on top of it due to being in hospitals with my child. I desperately needed a sign that everything will be ok. Dang Good was my sign today. I can breathe for a moment. Truthfully, this what may be a small gesture to some, has honestly changed my day, my mood, my attitude today overall. I am reminded by Dang Good to count my blessings and stay strong. Their are angels all around us.

I used Dang Good a couple of years ago, had a positive experience so used them again. Tech's Ken and Austin were friendly, polite and efficient. Didn't leave a mess, and put things back if they needed to move them out of the way. Price was reasonable, and the company has worked to keep them that way (same cost as it was two years ago) which is hard in the current economy. Would absolutely recommend and will use them again.
