Terrible Installation.Wanted to install equipment his easy way and not as discussed. Reused refrigerant lines and didn't flush. Didn't purge or vacuum the refrigerant lines. Cut freon refrigerate lines and leaked into atmosphere. This is illegal. Didn't connect humidifier to a usable water connection. I had to layout the route for exhaust installation because he said he couldn't install it there. Wanted to install the AC unit on a patio stone and not on the wall bracket I paid for. Not a professional installation at all. Never have them back into my house again. Very poor or unqualified tradesmen.

Do not hire these contractors for any commercial jobs. I have just had the worst experience of my life dealing with Amir and his company. They always found a fault somewhere else and not in the quality of work they did. They are not qualified to work on any commercial ductwork and cut corners wherever they can. They don't even know how to properly install the rooftop HVAC unit. I had to get some other contractors in to fix the mess they made. I am lodging a formal complaint against them as well.

I have used this company for several years. So I know most of the technicians. They are knowledgeable and a friendly bunch. I will not hesitate to recommend themto any one who may need this kind of service.

Amir (Air Quality One ) & his assistant was hired Nov 26, 2015 to install a new furnace & A/C unit properly and to code BUT DID NOT. I should have told them to leave before they started from the first red flag they set off, they where trying to get me to agree to using my old, 20year old A/C lines for the new A/C unit. Next while installing the furnace vent piping, the screws came through my main floor new laminate flooring / destroying it. (he had to come back the next day because venting was wrong causing huge amounts of water to choke out furnace performance) This summer when using the A/C the lines froze & called him ( He never shows but has me send him pictures of the furnace control panel & tells me to switch 2 black wires to fix the issue, so I did but it DID NOT ) My new A/C unit has been off most 2016 summer as it continues to freeze up & make bad noises & Amir just leaves me hanging. I am shocked he is still in business and advise others to stay clear. Court appears now my only option to ever getting a properly working furnace & A/C unit correctly installed. I have documented everything with pictures included from day one to present.

I decided to replace aging (rental) conventional gas water tank with a power vent model. Air Quality One delivered and installed a heater for a price that was just slightly higher than I would have paid for an equivalent heater at a big box store. The installers were professional and tried to oblige my requirements (I'm pretty fussy) about exactly how to do the install. Amir and his coworker arrived on time, did a great install, explained the basics of how to use heater and how to register with the manufacturer. I'll use this company again when it's time to repair or replace my aging furnace.
