L shaped Load Bearing Wall Removal
Were so hesitant to remove an L shaped load bearing wall between kitchen and the living room until we met Holden. He took us through this overwhelming process so smoothly that now I call it the easiest part of our home reno project. From concept, to planning to execution Holden made it easy and even fun. to make this experience even better, everyone working with Lorcan as professional and friendly.
The house was fully functional during execution, minimal impact and minimal dirt, we even used the kitchen as usual. Holden and his team are sharp with timing, always arrived precisely on time.
Every contractor and friend who came after installing the beams basically made the same comment: this is a well-done job. It made us feel even better.
