Rosewood Carpentry

This work was part of a legal basement suite project on a 1977 1.5 storey duplex. We had one entrance split into 2 and a dividing wall built between the existing stairs. This has given the main floor and basement suite, separate entrances. Rosewood completed the work on time, worked considerately and planned around other trades and inspections. They were able to salvage/protect existing flooring, and siding etc. to control cost and maintain the original look and so match the rest of the house. We now have a professional finish and feel it had been me to attracting a good tenant, thanks Neil!
