I have just had two staircases carpeted by Toronto Flooring Solutions. Totally impressed from the get go. Gurp was helpful and accommodating. Came out to measure the next day bringing samples so I wouldn’t have to make the trip to the store. Carpet installed the following week. Superb job; far exceeded my expectations. Very competitive pricing too. Definitely would use this company again.

When I first started contacting flooring companies, it seemed like I was a waste of time as I did not have the big budget/floor space they wanted. Then I found Gurp - he was absolutely incredible and actually cared! Twice, I visited him at his store on the Queensway and he was extremely helpful as we discussed flooring options (I have two dogs and two cats). I was about to choose another company but I felt they did not care about my business so I went back to Gurp and told him that Toronto Flooring Solutions had the job. He came and measured and within two weeks, I had the floor perfectly installed. He came to check on the progress during the installation and just wanted to know that I was happy.

Installation crew were on time and professional, taking under 1.5 days to replace the wall-to-wall carpet in our condo with beautiful red oak flooring. We approached Toronto Flooring Solutions hoping to get laminate floors installed in our condo, but with the caveat that it could be done within 3 days and right before Christmas. That was not a problem for Gurp and Toronto Flooring Solutions. Not only were they able to satisfy the small time line, but the cost was many dollars less than the competition and Gurp's professionalism was a major selling point.
