Very good service. We had Gordon come over and treat our home. He gave us some really good information and advice. Would highly recommend their service.

I don't often write reviews but I had to write one for this company. I had horrible bed bug bites for a year. I threw out a lot of furniture and clothing and books, etc. that got ruined while being in bins on the balcony. I bought all sorts of sprays, powders, new vacuum, new steamer and then another which was more commercial. It was a bloody and expensive nightmare! My apartment building had pest control come out numerous times and they were never able to get rid of them. I then had another company come out from my work, as I work for a property management company. They sprayed, put down powder, etc. They even did an expensive Heat Treatment, nothing worked. I then contacted The Hug Group and spoke with Gordon. I ad read reviews and after speaking to him, I was hopeful. He came twice and sprayed and used some powder. He even put down pods that catch bed bugs. I have not had any bites since he did this months ago! I thank God and Gordon often!! I am SO, SO very thankful.

Gordon and his team are quick to respond, communicate clearly and really care about getting the job done right. They went above and beyond. I can't recommend working with them enough!

Called the HUG group and Gordon responded very promptly to my inquiry. We had a mouse in the house. He came by a few hours later to help set up traps and other preventative measures. It worked! We haven't gotten another mouse in the house since. Also called him about some other insect control issues and was given great customer service. Highly recommend!

Gordon was able to offer advice before and after our squirrel retrieval event in the house. Great service overall , highly recommended for pest control issues.

HUG GROUP PEST CONTROL has been the best service we’ve tried.
They’re on time, let you know if they’ll be delayed, and take all the time needed to explain the how’s and why’s of the treatment and the problem. They provide excellent reports and expect the customer to do their part also on a go forward basis. That way our pest problem got solved.
We learnt a lot from HUG, that’s why we highly recommend them.

My master bathroom was absolutely infested with carpenter ants - there was nowhere to step! Gordon from Hug made it his personal mission to ensure that these ants were eradicated. His first treatment didn’t work, so he approached it differently the second time and Omer haven’t seen the ants since. This was 2 weeks ago. We are very happy! Hopefully the ants will not return.
