Sharpline Hvac

We had our heat pump installed one month ago by Sharpline. We originally had a difficult time finding an HVAC company that would install a cold climate air source heat pump that could heat our house all winter. I believe it was the first time Sharpline has installed a heat pump with a ducted indoor unit. Sharpline came and fixed our old air conditioner for free until it could be replaced a few weeks later when the parts were available. This was a huge help and they really went above and beyond to help us out! There were some small issues with the installation. The bolts they originally used to mount the outdoor unit on the snow stand were too small, however they did come back and replace them with larger bolts soon after installation. Sharpline also installed an adapter and transformer that allowed us to use our Ecobee thermostat. It would have been helpful if they mentioned upfront that more wires would need to be run in order to control the fan speed from the thermostat. Overall we are very happy with our new cold climate air source heat pump and with the service we received from Sharpline!
