Award Plus Plumbing

Award Plus was one of the first businesses to reply to my request. Alex called me and asked a few questions. He gave me a quote at $250 (similar to others). I was able to send him a pic of the faucet while talking to him. I had already purchased a cartridge and was hoping to not be charged for another one. He told me it would be the case if the cartridge was the correct type (which of course made total sense) and he would then lower the quote. Another issue is that the faucet was stuck and may need to be broken and replaced (extra fees that I was expecting anyway). I asked him to come the next day. Because of a previous appointment, Alex called me to let me know he would be late. He was very nice and polite. He used shoe covers before stepping into my condo. He was careful and was careful to protect the surroundings in the bathroom while working in the bathtub. He actually managed to not break the faucet so it could still be used as is. While he was working, he was explaining what he was doing as I was asking questions and advises. At the end, true to his word, he could use the cartridge I bought and therefore did not charge me. Thanks to skillful work, he did not charge me for a new faucet as well. That was 2 weeks ago and the faucet of my bathtub works perfectly. I am very happy with Alex's work and professionalism. I will definitely reconnect with him when I need a plumber and would gladly recommend him.
