Called Award Plus Plumbing at 3pm and spoke with Alex to explain the problem. He immediately dispatched a plumber (Will) to our Cabbagetown home, who arrived in an hour, exactly as promised. Will diagnosed the problem right away and was able to unclog the drain with a snake in less than an hour. He took great care in our home, wearing a mask, and cleaning up after completing the job, taking the time to explain the issue and providing knowledgable suggestions to prevent it from happening again. Couldn't have been happier with the result and service provided. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others. A+++ experience!
