The old house that we bought a few years ago was previously divided into 4 separate apartments and while the pipes were all copper they were installed in such a way that they made access to the furnace very difficult. There were too many shut-offs, with pipes angling down a couple of feet from the ceiling into the room. It was a confusing mess but Alex was able to figure out a way to streamline everything and did a fantastic job. We also wanted him to replace two shut-off valves under our bathroom sink because we couldn't get them to close. He was able to free them up and we didn't need to replace them. He looked at another faucet where the pressure was bad and immediately recognized that it was an aerator problem and sure enough the aerator was totally clogged. Excellent work.
