Alex responded immediately to our initial call and scheduled a visit promptly. Throughout his visit, Alex was very pleasant, friendly and courteous, and thoroughly explained every step of the work needed and patiently answered our many questions. He took care of any needed paperwork like city permits, etc. Alex replaced a leaky cracked kitchen drainpipe and kitchen stack, replaced a faulty toilet valve, and replaced all our old deteriorating and blocked clay sewer pipes beneath our finished basement floor with new PVC pipes. Alex and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, and finished the work in good time. They left our home clean and neat every day and were careful to protect our property from damage.
