Alex provided clear and frequent communication as to arrival time. He was at my door exactly as advised. He took great care to make sure that the work he was going to do was clear to me and the cost known ahead of time. He was very thorough in his assessment and efficient in fixing the problem. Some parts needed replacing and this was done quickly. The job was done in under 1 hr and my place was left clean and dry. Appreciated the consideration Alex showed as he wore clean covers on his work boots, gloves and cleaned up the area after the work was completed. All around great experience. Would definitely call Award Plus and Alex again and recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.
