We had a renovation done last year and the crew did not plug up the toilet drain during during demolition. Considerable construction debris, tile, cement went down causing it to clog.
We called Alex on a Saturday, they came out right away and located the problem. The following day a crew arrived, excavated a small portion of the basement floor and cleared the pipe. They were so respectful of our space, everything was clean and very professionally done. Although not happy with our contractor, we are very happy to have found this plumbing company and would highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable given the extent of the work. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
