BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT HONOURING WARRANTY
Spray Net came to my house in the summer of 2018. Everything was great until 2022, when I noticed peeling. I contacted them immediately, and submitted the claim form along with pictures. I received an email stating that they would get back to me with the next steps, and no one ever did.
I called again this spring, they told me that someone would call within 2 weeks, no one ever did.
I called back again, they told me that because it was a year or so since I submitted my claim that they couldn't see it on the system - that I should submit a new claim with pictures. Which I did, and received another email stating that they would be back to me in 2 to 4 weeks. No one ever reached out.
Today I called and they have now given me another email address to send my issue to.
I have never experienced such brutal customer service in my life. It has been a year since I began this task of trying to get them to honour the warranty that they advertise for their product and I am no closer to getting this issue resolved than when I stated it 1 year ago.
