Awesome service! They were punctual, they cleaned and fixed both fireplaces, even a few extra stuff. They went above and beyond what I was thinking and will have them back to perform maintenance on our furnace. Highly recommend them!

Joel arrived to inspect and clean both our fireplaces. He was friendly, very efficient and extremely thorough in his inspection, but most importantly his cleaning of both fireplaces was exceptional. Joel required a replacement part, which was ordered. Upon receipt of the replacement part, Joe returned with Alex to complete the job and ensure the fireplace was working before leaving. We would highly recommend using this company again. They were very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job. Definitely a five star company!

When they arrived they took the time to put down mats to protect the floor, and cleaned everything before they left. The front office was flexible in booking the service call around my work schedule. Thank you! Alex came to diagnose an issue with our fireplace; pilot light would not stay lit. When he needed a consult he came back the next day with Joel (senior tech) which I appreciated. They were transparent in explaining the issues and provided me with options for repair. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked diligently to repair our fireplace.

They completed our fireplace replacement and fireplace stone surround in a timely, thorough and very professional manner.

My natural gas fireplace stopped working. The pilot light would ignite, but the valve wouldn't stay on in the on position. I played around with looking at a few things myself, but then decided to give these guys a call. It was definitely worth it, and they did a great job. I got them to do a cleaning and inspection as well. They arrived on time, used good covid protocols, and they walked me through some of the troubleshooting steps they were doing and possible causes for the problem. They were thorough, fixed the fireplace, and it looks and works great. I would bring them in again, even just for a cleaning.

A level of professionalism you don't often get anymore! Fast, professional and courteous service. Ryan was here exactly as promised and the job was done quickly, but thoroughly.

We had our log lighter replaced and the chimney swept which needed it badly. Ryan was here when he was scheduled and it didn't take long at all. Very professional and there was no mess in the livingroom. Thanks Ryan.
