The front office was flexible in booking the service call around my work schedule. Thank you! Alex came to diagnose an issue with our fireplace; pilot light would not stay lit. When he needed a consult he came back the next day with Joel (senior tech) which I appreciated. They were transparent in explaining the issues and provided me with options for repair. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked diligently to repair our fireplace.
