Stone Engraving Ontario

I ordered and paid for a memorial stone which was never delivered by Stone Engraving Ontario. I emailed and called them to which they never replied, finally after threatening to start an investigation through my credit card company they refunded my money. There are tons of bad reviews for this company don't buy from them.

We ordered a garden stone for a memorial and were very pleased with the service we received, as well as the final product. We had the opportunity to see a print of what the product would look like before it was carved, and we had the opportunity to make changes. This helped with the concern we had with ordering the product without seeing it first. The service we received was excellent; all questions were answered promptly. The final product was exactly what we wanted, as we weren't able to find anything ready made.
