Prairie Boy Windows, Doors, Exteriors

My experience with Prairie Boy windows has been frustrating. The 2 young men that did the install were excellent. My frustration is with "JOE". The fastest I seen him move was when there was a contract to sign or a cheque to be picked up. Work started in May and has still not been completed, 5 months and many excuses later. Joe has assured me that he will gladly return the money paid for work not completed but as of yet has not done so (after 3 weeks and 2 calls). I signed a contract in April to have 9 windows, a sliding patio door and an entrance door replaced. 2 of the windows were 3 and 5 window bay windows. (approx $25,000) The install took NINE days. Doomed from the start on the delayed install day the windows showed up missing 2 windows, missing screens, missing locks on the sliding door and an entrance door that opened the wrong way. An expensive lesson in how not to run a business. As a result of JOE's poor customer service and difficulty dealing with, I would recommend ANY window replacement company except PRAIRIE BOY WINDOWS

They were to supply and install an egress window in my basement. It took several weeks for the window to arrive. It was not complete since the outside is not finished so we are left staring at bare wood. The window does not stay open to allow air in. The contractor refused to work with the Boring company on requirements for the hole. Didn’t return phone calls. Worst customer service. Find someone else.
