I hired Safeway Carpet Flooring to install Vinyl flooring in my basement, Sam responded to my request promptly, came to visit the job site, provided suggestions.

The work was done with great care and efficiency. The result was great.
The cost was for installation only and was very competitive. Customer service was really great and was done in a few days.

Removal and replacement of existing carpet that inlays within a ceramic tile perimeter. Helped us select the colour and style of carpet and now installed we are extremely pleased with selection. Quality of work is excellent. All waste was removed and room left spotless.

Sam and his team replaced the old laminate flooring in my condo with new luxury vinyl planks (and underlay). I had a very tight timeline which Sam was able to accommodate, and the work was very well done. The new flooring looks and feels amazing. I couldn't have asked for more.

Was quick and efficient. Wanted a small basement room carpeted with an underpad for a home studio. Sam came and made quick measurements and assessment, and made recommendations. He then put in the order materials.

Came the morning of around 11 and finished the job right after 3pm. Carpet work is neat and tidy.

Also repaired a baseboard that came loose. Would use again if I needed more carpet.

We recently bought a townhome that had mismatched laminate flooring in the upstairs part of our unit (3 bedrooms, 2 closets, hallway) which we wanted to replace. Called Sam, was able to get a quote quickly and asked if he could accomodate the work before we could move in which he happily did. Always quick with emails and phone calls, and overall we were very happy with the service. Sam was very professional, provided great product and kept our unit clean. Highly recommend for any flooring needs!

Completed a basement renovation, which included new carpet and baseboards. Didn’t know anyone through referrals, so looked on HomeStars and came across Sam and Safeway. Was a bit reluctant at first not directly knowing someone that used Safeway, but man am I glad I hired them. Sam did an amazing job on the removal, clean up and isntall. He went the extra mile in every way possible and I genuinely wish I had more work for him and his team! The carpet looks and feels amazing and the price was more than fair (especially given all the extra work and attention detail Sam did to ensure the job was done right).

We have 2 bedrooms with parquet that needed some repair, sanding, staining and varnishing. Sam gave us a good quote while Florian did a great job with the repairs and refinishing. Timing went as quoted and planned. As recommended, we allowed the varnish to cure for a week before replacing the baseboards and painting the walls.
