Sam was fantastic from start to finish. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. There was a communication hiccup along the way (due to Homestars’ glitch) but that could’ve happened with anyone. The quoted rate was reasonable and very fair for the quality of work provided. The bill was also charged as quoted, with no hidden fees. I particularly appreciated that the team was able to accommodate the installation within a short time frame as well. There were some deficiencies identified after the project was complete but they came back and addressed the issues. The team ripped out laminate and carpet; installed engineered hardwood and shoe moulding; and left the floors very clean! (I was concerned about the amount of dust that resulted from the job, but they really worked hard to clean it up.) We’d shopped around a few different contractors and they each had something nasty to blindly say about their competitors which made us double back and ask each contractor further questions. Sam was helpful in answering all questions and stood by his quality of work rather than badmouthing other flooring companies. We were in great hands with Sam and I would highly recommend Safeway Flooring to anyone looking for a turnkey flooring company.

Miro was very responsive, professional and friendly in his service. He was quick to provide a quote, schedule an appointment and attend to the work request. I had to have my eavestrough reinstalled after a strong windstorm knocked it down. He reinstalled, cleaned the gutters (upon request) and did an inspection while up there. He cares about his work and the reviews are taken seriously. I highly recommend Infinity gutters.
