Worst Customer Service and Dishonest

Home Depot has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Dec 18-15 I went online, saw laminate flooring inventory at the Morningside Store (60 Grand Marshall Dr, Scarborough). I placed the online order, paying for it with my credit card, then drove from west Oakville to east Scarborough to pick it up. When I got to the store, after much waiting and speaking with numerous people, they said there was no stock. I then ordered and paid for $1900 of flooring that they said was 2 week delivery.

Jan 15-16 I phone store to ask for delivery date. After numerous calls, much hassle, call redirects, holds & delays I get a person in flooring that says they have contacted the distribution centre and he told me that the product would be delivered around noon on Jan 16-16.

Jan 16-16 there was no delivery and nor a phone call. Around 6pm I called the store and inquired about the delivery? Again after numerous calls, much hassle, call redirects, holds & delays they said they didn't know, but would look into it and call me. I have not yet received a call.

Jan 17-16 I called the store again and inquired about the delivery? Again after numerous calls, much hassle, call redirects, holds & delays they said they didn't know, but would look into it and call me. I have not yet received a call.

Jan 18-16 I called the store again and inquired about the delivery? Again after numerous calls, much hassle, call redirects, holds & delays they said they didn't know, but would look into it and call me. I have not yet received a call.

Jan 18-16 called the distribution centre and inquired about the delivery? After much hassle, call redirects, holds & delays they said the flooring had not yet arrived at the distribution centre and that they had informed by email 3 people at the store.
I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation and asked why would the people at the store intentionally not tell me the truth. I asked him when I could expect a delivery and he said he would look into it and call me. I have not yet received a call.

Jan 19-16 I called Home Depot head office and explained the situation to a man in customer service. He called the store. He nor they know when I might see flooring. He said he will call back with an answer.

All I want is an answer and honesty.
So far I have not had neither Home Depot.
