Terry and his crew built 2 window wells for us at the back of the house, where the backyard slopes towards the house. They were quick, efficient and clean with their work. Im very thankful that they finished the work in one day because we had some torrential downpours right after!

Went with Direct to waterproof the exterior of my home after getting quotes. I chose them because Terry was the most thorough in explaining the work, process and my questions on the job. The crew was very efficient during the job and took care to leave the place like they had found it. They put boards and tarps down to keep my neighbour's driveway clean in the work on their side of the house. The crew also installed a sump pump and sewer line backflow valve. The final bill was right in line with the quote and the expectations set out. Would recommend.

Terry and the Direct Waterproofing team did interior waterproofing work at our property in Stoney Creek. Terry was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I asked him a lot of questions and he was very patient. He quickly responded to all my emails and calls. He also expedited the job as we were in the process of selling the property. The work was completed on schedule. The workers made a point of keeping the mess contained in 1 room and cleaned up everything before they left. The finished work looks very professional.

Terry and his team were absolutely incredible with their fix for moisture coming in through our cinder block foundation. Terry was very knowledgeable and professional and provided us with multiple options before we got started. The crew was VERY efficient and polite and never did anything without asking first (connecting to power, moving stuff , bin placement, parking etc).

They had the entire job done very quickly and at what I felt was a fair price for the work done. We had other quotes as well, and the combination of knowledge, professionalism and price made them a great choice.

After having a few other quotes come in, we decided to go with Direct Waterproofing, and Im glad we did. Terry squeezed us in to their busy schedule and began work just one week after our initial meeting. He answered all of my many questions in depth and took away the stress I was feeling during a very stressful time.

They sent over a competent crew, who did nice clean work and they were quick. Terry had his guys even come in on the weekend to wrap up the job. Once the work was complete Terry sent a written report with several photos of the work that was done.
