My tenant called me and told me there was huge leak In the basement , this was right after we had 4 days of rain . I had a plumber go out to check if it was a planning issue in which it wasnt . I called a few waterproofing companies for a quote and they all gave roughly the same price BUT direct waterproofing went beyond and sent me pics with highlighted areas that needed immediate attention . So I decided to go with them . Terry said he would start next morning at 9:30 and he and his crew were there at that time . They did a fantastic job from start to finish . They supplied me with a lot of pics documenting their repair as I couldnt make it to the job site . They are truly an awsome company and would definitely recommend them .
