We had an emergency situation arise where we needed foundation repair done asap. While researching who to call, we came across Direct Waterproofing and contacted them. The response was professional and prompt, Terry came out to see us the next day. The quote for the job was very reasonable, and Terry made us feel very comfortable by explaining exactly what was going to be done, and any potential issues and resolutions. We went ahead with the work, and it couldn't have gone any smoother.
The work was performed within 5 days of contacting them, and the crew (John and Tomasz) were friendly, professional and extremely detail oriented, and the jobsite was kept clean. All debris was removed and disposed of.
Direct Waterproofing helped us feel at ease throughout our dilemma. They were extremely accommodating, and responsive to our emergency. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely hire them again if need arises.
