He came over within a day to assess the situation, provide a strategy that made sense to me, and at a reasonable price. The repair work was completed to my satisfaction within days with the professional work of his crew. Moreover, a few days after the repair, I discovered a second (small) leak at a different spot of the foundation wall; I contacted Terry over the weekend, and he came again and fixed the leak at no additional cost.
