Direct Waterproofing

As context, we noticed mold on our basement carpet a few weeks ago and quickly realized we had a leak in one of our exterior-facing walls. We have young children so we needed to get this fixed as soon as possible. After we used a specialist to remove the mold from our basement, we then needed to identify a specialist to waterproof the interior wall of our basement.

Simply put, we made the right choice to work with Terry and his team (Paco, Dushan) as our overall experience was excellent, starting with Terry's initial visit to give us an estimate, to scheduling and completing the job in less than one day, to facilitating a government rebate for a portion of the work. While we did compare Terry's estimate to three other estimates, we decided to go with Terry because he provided an estimate on the same day, his price was competitive, he was available to quickly complete the job, the quality of his previous work (and ours) was excellent and he provided a written 25-year warranty that is transferrable should we decide to sell our house.
