I purchased a home from Hopewell residential and dealt with both Chalsey Bugeaud and Rachel Honish. All I can say is they were absolutely amazing. They always made sure they followed up with me regarding the progress of the construction of the house.
Also, everytime I had a question regarding anything, for example, property purchase documents, construction progress, material being used, timeframe, they always got back to me the same day with the answers.
Also they are both very knowledgeable. Chalsey was amazing in helping me with the upgrades and paintings and anything that could make my life easy in the house.
I would totally recommend Chalsey and Rachel and of course Hopewell to my friends, relatives.
