It has been so stressful with Hopewell... The house took over 1 year to be completed and they still dropped the ball in so many areas of the build. In the past 1 year in my home, I have had so many issues (roof leak in the laundry, ice build-up above precast in the front door, bad toilet system, etc.), all these happening because they dropped the ball while building.
However, i truly appreciate Mike and Matt from their team for being great professionals. I want to say thank you to both individuals for going above and beyond on their own to see how they can better my experience. I have not fully lost it with Hopewell because of you both.
