We had a flood in our bathroom which leaked into the basement. ONSIDE handled the repairs, and did a great job. They took away the damaged items and made our basement and bathroom like new again! Our insurance covered the costs. Thanks!

Our hot water tank leaked and flooded most of our basement. Fortunately only the carpet and baseboards got damaged. We filed an insurance claim and OnSide came immediately to remove carpet and baseboards and dry out the basement. Also the Project Manager came to my house to assess the damage. Once the scope was defined, it was great working with OnSide staff. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. The girls that packed and unpacked our stuff were very organized and thorough. I knew the exact schedule of who and when they would be at my house. I just gave them our house code to come and go and it worked out great. They performed the work let their schedule. Some of our furniture did get damaged however they replaced everything without hassle. Also I was impressed that they performed an onsite safety assessment and taped it to the wall for all workers to see. Very professional!

Unfortunately, we had a sewer back-up in the home that we recently moved in to. There was extensive damage done to the flooring in our master bedroom, en suite, walk-in closet and powder room as well as damage in our basement and the ceiling had to be replaced. On-side was prompt in coming out to our home, assessing the situation, pulling out the damaged flooring, drying things out and getting the repairs done. The communication was good, the repairs were completed in a timely fashion, and we are very happy with the work they did. The company was courteous and, Kevin, the project manager was great to work with. We hope that you will not need their services, but should you ever find yourself in this situation, we would highly recommend On-Side.

Mike Kells and his crew were very professional and respectfull with the restoration process. The damage to our main floor was quite extensive and the On Side crew and sub trades did a great job bring the house back to normal. Thank you for a job well done!

We had major damage to our hardwood floors so we had On-side take care of the renovation and I am very pleased with the outcome. They were friendly and knowledgable and addressed any concerns quickly. All in all I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Restoration Services to restore the 1st floor of our house. The staff and sub-trades did the restoration job in a very professional, acceptable and proficient manner.

We had water damage due to a leaky roof. We called our insurance company and they called onside. We were very happy with their work, our only complaint was that sometimes we didn't get much notice when a worker was going to come to the house.

Our hardwood floors had to be replaced. The process was set in place by Onside Restoration and the work was done quickly and efficiently. We were very please with the results.

I unfortunately backed into our house/garage and did some bad damage. Our insurance immediately sent out an adjuster who then sent out the contractor who then sent out the workers to shore the garage and make it safe for us then the final work soon followed. Excellent work.
