On Side Restoration Services Ltd.

On Side's service was professional and prompt. This was the first time we had to claim our insurance so there was a lot of inconvenience and confusion prior to and during the whole restoration. Our assigned PM (Jay Sully) was very patient to answer our questions over calls and emails. The movers who came in to help us pack and move-out & move-back-in were very pleasant too. I would recommend On Side to anyone looking for reassured service.

Hot water tank sprung a leak and water was all over the place. Heaters and fans were brought in and placed inside and under the floors. All old and wet flooring was removed, all was dried and prepared for new flooring. The crew came in and moved furniture, floors were replaced, and everything was put back where it belonged. Great crews (Tyson) from On-side as well as Jordens installers.

We contacted on site restoration after we had a major flood in January 2017. They were responsive and communicative. Their sub trades were excellent and they completed the work in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them if you are in a crisis and need a good restoration company.

On-side Restoration did a great job on repairing the damage to our upstairs bathroom leak. Very professional and prompt service. I would recommend them to anyone needing a restoration job.

My apartment was flooded from the unit above and midway through repairs there was another flood from the third floor. The restoration company handled most everything very professionally. Was not impressed with the movers who stored my belongings.

Were very fast with response times, communication was great. All booked works were started and done on time and with no delay. The basement was fixed with in a week.

On Side did very good job for our temple and they charged us free for most of the professional work. They're professional and responsible and very nice people. With their help you have nothing to worry about. I highly recommend them to every one.

Fantastic work done! My air con leaked and bubbled my floors...Onsite replaced everything and was even a better job than the floors before...:) would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality job!

We had a leak in our apartment, On Side communicated well regarding what the process would be, they scheduled a start date within a good timeframe, they did the work in a timely manner and then met with me to explain what happened and what my options were. They didn't do anything that was chargeable over and above my insurance claim without communicating to me and they provided quotes for whatever I requested.
