High water table overwhelmed our weeping tile and sump pump system! Ruined our near new sub-floor throughout the whole basement and damaged bottom half of walls and a some furniture and other contents. On-Side Restoration treated us with amazing empathy, helped advise and guide us throughout the whole clear-out, clean-up, repair, replacement and restoration processes. Their communication was always respectful and thorough. The clean-up clear-out crew were the hardest working people I ever saw! Just absolutely amazing! They turned a terrible happening into a comforting memory. We are feeling very blessed that it was On-Side Restoration that the insurance company assigned to our file.
