This was our second time using George, we were so happy the first time around with our basement Reno that we had him renovate our master bathroom. George fully gutted the bathroom and installed a beautiful tile shower with a pebblestone base. He replaced the tile floor in two of our bathrooms and laundry room. We are so happy with the final result of our ensuite. George is a pleasure to deal with, he listens to what the customer wants and provides his expert opinion along with options that he thinks will work for you. Thank you George!

You always worry when you start a large project hoping that you made the correct choice. With Lovera - Homes.ca you can't go wrong. George turned our old bulk head shower and our master washroom into a master piece. He was right on the quote that he gave us. He put up dust shields to protect us from the dust which is generated when he removed the old washroom. He was always consulting us so that we knew what he was doing and looking for our approval.

George Lovera was referred to us by several people, which was telling of the quality of his work and his professionalism. George came in to our home to help us with a basement renovation of a bathroom and bar area, as well as with door installations for closet doors, and completion and finishing of cork flooring.

To say George was polite, would not do his courtesy and respect justice. He was by far, the most conscientious and courteous person we have ever had in our home as a contractor.

George managed both repairs and new installations with expertise. He let us know what we needed to do, but also what was not needed so we could stay within our budget and on time.

As the cabinets he was installing were high gloss and delicate on the finish, I would usually be concerned about someone causing a scratch on a surface like this. I didn't need to give George any direction on this. He knew what to do, was extremely cautious and gave me a great suggestion on a beautiful finishing piece that would have otherwise gone unattended to.

As we were on a tight timeline for our work, George pulled in all the resources he needed to meet and surpass our deadline. We have young children in our home, as does George, and we felt very comfortable having in our home, as did our children.

He was quiet, clean, impeccable in workmanship, timely and communicated with us as often has needed to ensure all our needs were met. We would highly recommend George and Lovera Homes to anyone in need of construction and contractor assistance!

He arrived every day on time and with courtesy and professionalism. You would not regret using Lovera Homes for any of your home projects.

This is the third time I have used Lovera, a bathroom, home kitchen and a Condo Kitchen. Always on time, always on budget and not one area of work that was not outstanding.

George was recommended to us by our plumber.
Upon meeting with George we discussed the various options to replace the old existing bathtub and surrounding tile while preserving the integrity of the older classical look of the existing ceramic tile in the rest of the bathroom. George came back to us with a couple suggestions and supporting quotes which after discussion we narrowed down to installing a shower stall for which George gave us a detailed cost of the renovation.
Once the work started George and his co-worker were punctual and worked hard at keeping the impact on the rest of the house to a minimum. As the work progressed George kept us up to-date and consulted fully with us on any changes and resulting costs. To integrate the existing older ceramic tile in the rest of the room with the modern contemporary look of the new shower stall was certainly challenging and we were very happy with how George made it work. Even with the unforeseen problems that came up He was able to finish in a very appropriate timeframe.
George was always very helpful and even met with us at the suppliers to help us pick out tile and other materials needed to complete the installation. In the end George did a great job and we were very pleased with the result. His workmanship and integrity made working with George a pleasure. We would certainly highly recommend him for anyone doing renovations in their home.

Our bathroom reno was done as an emergency. Although we had a tight time frame, the work was done meticulously, on budget and well within the time allotted.We are very please with the quality of work done.
