The installers arrived on time. Began to prep the areas that will be affected, always respectful, explained everything to me. What was absolutely great was they cleaned up after themselves. Just loving the windows.

Gabrielle was amazing, professional and super friendly, Her display and explanation of how the windows work confirmed we wanted the Andersen windows.
They look wonderful. Under 39celsius temperature heatwave my room was cool.

Renewal by Andersen crew installed 17 windows which look fantastic. The windows are very clear, you cannot see the screen on the windows. There is more light in the bathroom window with the installed obscure glass. The suggestions provided by Jason is highly recommended. The Smart sun windows made a difference on the west side of the house. The team of 3 took pride in their workman ship as seen by their expression on their face on completion. They were easy going, very professional, attention to detail, did not rush the project. Nelson, Jason, Adam’s team did an amazing job.

Our original patio door was slightly damaged during transportation so Renewal By Andersen immediately said it would be replaced.

Nelson and Jacob arrived promptly on the day it was scheduled and had the job completed in less than an hour. Thanks to Jacob for completing such a professional job and being so courteous. Thanks to Nelson as well for coming out to oversee the job and to ensure we had no further problems.

I had Renewal by Andersen install 4 windows in my home approximately 4 yrs ago. I really liked the windows, price and service I received. So, when I decided to replace the rest of my windows this year it was an obvious choice that I was going to be a repeat customer! This time, I was more amazed by the windows I purchased & not to mention the absolutely fantastic crew that installed them!! This crew was happy, polite, informative and all 3 were very diligent in doing the installation correctly and they all took a lot of pride in their workmanship!! Wade and Nathan were the same team that did our window upgrades — we were so happy that we got them in again to update our front door.

From presenting us with options — they already had a good sense of the aesthetic we were after and we gave them liberties to adjust our choices if they feel there is something else that would better suit our needs

End result was amazing. Not only were the install crew super efficient but the hardware that they ended up suggesting in lieu of what we had picked looked way better and matched our internal door hardware

Windows and installation were great. Installers were excellent, however, I have an ant infestation coming through the windows that I never had before. The walls around the windows are covered in ants. I called about it but was told they had ants too. I have a small house and paid more for these windows than I was quoted for others. Good windows but the ant problems nullify the value.

Windows installation work completed March/21 within 3 full days as contracted. Very satisfied with the efficiency of our 2 installers.. did the survey as requested - but omitted to give full credit to the main representatives responsible for giving Andersen a good reputation for friendly - courteous - competent service namely the Design Consultant and Project Manager. We appreciate their willingness to please and patience regardless of the many questions presented.

They are certainly 10/10 for efforts to please their customers .
