If I could give Andersen 11 out of 10 I would! This was a major project to install 13 windows in only 2 days. The installers were super professional and efficient and did it all in only 2 days as promised. I really appreciated having their Project Manager Jim check in regularly onsite to make sure everything went smoothly and all questions or concerns addressed immediately. Would highly recommend to my family and friends!

Jacob came by to service some window issue that we were having, he did a great job. He has a a lot of experience, and knew what to do to complete the repairs. will definatly use RBA in the future.

A few windows in our house needed to be replaced. After consulting with other companies we decided to go with RBA. Overall we were pleasantly surprised, well pleased and happy with each step of the process from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with were professional, polite and easy to work with. overall we love our windows especially the casements and picture windows. RBA did a great exceptional job and we look forward to enjoying our windows for years to come.

He listened to what we wanted, all our concerns and was available to address all the questions, doubts and concerns that we had. Much appreciated. To Justin M the project manager who also listened and addressed all our concerns even when we had doubts, but we trusted his expertise and he was right. To Alec and Tim who installed the windows, who were kind ,well mannered and professional and did a fantastic job, so clean n tidy and very patient with our concerns. I was skeptical at first about replacing all the windows and doors in one massive project, however Gabrielle's professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to help made the choice easy. The products were by far the best I have seen, the support and installation professional and I am thrilled with the end result. Very expensive with poor service. They sell you on no worries guaranty because you are dealing with one company that manufactures, ships, warehouses and installs the product.
It's been a disappointment from the get go. Before they installed, there was a new energy rebate announce by the government. We asked if their product was approved by the government as energy efficient. Their answer was that it was rated energy efficient in some states in the US but they couldn't answer about Canada. We had to find out this information ourselves, despite the fact that this is their line of business.
Windows installation went well. Patio doors have been a nightmare with delays. After first delay they removed our old doors and started to install new ones, only to realize they were damaged. They installed them temporarily (no choice at this point), and said they would order new ones. It has been delayed for approx 4 months with no end in sight. It's one excuse after the other. The sales team points their fingers at the installation team. The installation team points their finger at the corporate office. In the interim, we are stuck with a temporary door that we've paid full price with no firm date from the company. Don't mind paying top dollar for a good product and great service, but this isn't what you'll get from this company!

This is sadly a company caught up in a check list with no common sense and poor management.

I spoke with 2 people. The first person was utterly incompetent. The 2nd person was okay and tried to speak to management.

I have a weak frail father that has 20%-30% hearing and they said they would not provide a service without him being present. The company is very aggressive in getting business constantly dropping off quotes to get interest

I am a caregiver and daughter assuming a lot of responsibilities.

I wanted to do remote quotation without going into property and was willing to provide them with all measurements and pictures. They refused.

And they advertise virtual... really poor conduct, really underqualified management... too bad. They need to revise their command/dictator style of servicing customers

We've been fortunate enough to have Nate and his team of Juan, Jesus and company help us a few times with the entire window process. Great windows, even better people.

We have found Andersen makes a quality product and has quality personnel to look after you!
The sliding screen door was not perfect’ so we had Jacob here yesterday for a post instal service. He is exceedingly personable, knowledgeable, efficient, quick to diagnose, and very obliging!
The door now operates to my satisfaction, and Jacob assures me he will always return if I am not satisfied
