Terrible to deal with, The customer service is horrible, the do not return phone calls or emails to keep you up to date on installation delays or dates. I waited 8 months for my job to be finished and all I did was have to keep hounding them for results. Once I paid in full the company went silent and would not respond at all.
I was told by the manager that I would be compensated for the way we were treated but to date they have gone silent once again, so I guess that is not happening. They advertise they are Canadian however all manufacturing is done in the States.
I will never refer any of my family or friends to this company
