I received a warning red tag form Enbridge about my gas piping violating building codes and Allin Air fixed the piping problem. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I shopped around and Allin Air gave me the lowest price among all companies I contacted (around 30-40% lower than other companies). The technician who was sent to my home was very caring and professional. He provided all sorts of valuable information about why the service was needed. I particularly appreciated the technician educating me on the subject, showing me the building code book and at the end of it all I did not feel lost on the whole subject and understood what the service was and for what I was paying. I am very likely to hire this company for any future work with regards to heating and cooling systems. The technician was a very honest individual and I am likely to ask for him in the future as well. I appreciate honesty in home-related work- as a woman who needs to take care of her home, I sometimes have a hard time understanding the need for a service and I need to be able to trust the professional.

Rob, the technician arrived during the allotted time slot and called in advance to let us know he was on the way. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection and tune up. He even took the time to clean all surfaces of the furnace and duct work of all accumulated dirt and dust. Great job!!
