I purchased a portable tri-fuel generator and these guys did the hookup to the natural gas line. Fantastic communication, efficient and fair pricing. You won't be disappointed! This is the company I will be using to replace my furnace and a/c when the time comes.

I was in the process of renovating my entire basement and I called Rob from Alonzi Heat and air to quote me and advise me on some options regarding my basement renovation.
Rob was able to advise me on the relocation of my furnace (which gave me another washroom in the basement, when I only had one now I have two) he was able to redo my duct work to allow more air to the cold part of the house, which is not hot. he added some return air ducts that allows my house to have an even temp throughout and also allows my air conditioner to cool the entire home in 15min where as prior I used to have hot spots at the rear of my home.
I recommend Rob to everyone and anyone whom needs any and all HVAC work because I feel confident that my recommendation of Alonzi Heat and air is worthwhile to my friends and family.
If I ever have a problem with my furnace, all I do is call rob and he takes care of me.
I had an issue with my pressure limit switch and blower fan, Rob came, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and fixed it within a few days.
I got lucky finding Alonzi Heat and I make sure that I keep in touch with him so I don't loose his contact info.

The work was completed efficiently and has been running smoothly. They removed all the trash and cleaned up any dirt created by the install

Before renovations I needed to move the 3 items and install a gas line for the BBQ. Found them on Kijiji. Out of 3 quotes, Alonzi sounded by far the most knowledgeable and confident. The one quote was cheaper, $1900 and he didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. The other quote was nearly $4000 by a reputable company that sounded like they would charge extra for every little detail. When I was quoted by Alonzi they made suggestions that we did not even think about and he used logic on how the duct work should be and the location of our equipment. They even took into consideration on what we wanted to do for the renovations and what would be best if the equipment breaks down and needs to be eventually replaced. They came to do the quote immediately and did the work when I had time. Though they estimated the work to be completed in one day, they realized there was more work and they took another half day. They didn't cut corners to finish quicker or charge more when they realized it would take longer. Though it has been less than one year, there are no issues whatsoever. Even my friend that works in HVAC said there is no way he can do that work for that price. I didn't list the price because I was originally asked not to as they offered me a really good deal. All I can say is that it was no where near $4000

Excellent job instaled ac unit and furnance last year this year my old hot water heater (not gas) was leaking phoned it was replaced that afternoon with a gas one very happy with work done removed old heater basement was cleaned up no mess left
