Very happy with Tornado Plumbing work - I had a water leak on the ceiling and wall in 2 spots under my 2 upstairs bathrooms showing up around the same time. I chose Tornado Plumbing based on the reviews here and because they seemed as skilled, but also honest and reasonable company. Serhiy answered the call right away, gave me an approximate quote over the phone and confirmed the appointment time shortly. They came on time, did quick investigation, found the leaking spot and took care of it in just over an hour, even though it needed camera use to find it. And, even though I was almost convinced that the 2nd leak spot was from another bathroom, because it was right below it, he explained me how the water from the 1st one found the way there and most likely their fix took care of it, too. He said they could always come again if they were wrong, but his explanation really made sense and after few days I could see that he was right, because both leaks were gone. Given how easily this could have looked as 2 jobs (and 2x$$) and that even I felt that was needed and how someone else could have easily gone at least for additional investigation and billing me for it, I really appreciated Serhiy's honesty, but also the job done professionally and quickly.
I will be definitely calling him again for my next waterproofing project.
