I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing and Drain. The flooring in my basement had started to buckle and a quick look under the boards showed that concrete was breaking up and crumbling. Right from the beginning, Tornado Plumbing was quick to reply to my request for a quote and took the time to explain what they found and what they would recommend, all in a very professional and courteous manner.
As the job progressed and the ground was opened up, other issues were discovered (like a collapsed clay pipe leading into my home, leaking occurring near the weeping tile) which hardly comes as a surprise when dealing with a 100+ year old home. Sergey and Yuryi continued to provide fair, no-pressure advice throughout the process, along with photo updates and a chance to see what they found with the scope.
While these things are never fun for a homeowner to deal with, their great communication, organization, cleanliness, and friendly customer service style made the very best of an unpleasant situation. They got the jobs done very efficiently (all in a week!), with great workmanship, and at a price that I've confirmed (through chatting with others who had similar work done) was competitive and fair. They even fixed an issue with my toilet for free.
