Called in the technicians from Capital Garage Door Ottawa to replace the broken torsion springs on our garage door opener system. The guys arrived when they said they would, were courteous and professional, and completed the job in about 2 hours. Then they provided a number of useful maintenance and lubrication tips to prolong the door system's life. Very pleased with the fast and courteous service.

I was fortunate to chose Capital Garage Door Ottawa, when had difficulty
opening using the keypad. We were puzzled because we had no trouble opening it with the remote controls. I assumed it was wired into the garage, although I did look at the keypad and wondered it there was a battery there, but it seemed hard to open and I did not want to break it. I also wondered how a battery could last as long as this one must have. Albert asked me a few questions and suggested that I needed a new battery. With his encouragement I managed to open the keypad and put i a new battery. Of course it worked. I asked Albert how much I owed him for his time. Several emails had gone back and forth. Albert 's
