Emailed Capital about a problem with my garage door. Got an immediate reply. They suggested how I might be able to solve the problem myself, but if I couldnt, they would fix it. They let me know what their service call would cost, which was very reasonable.
Top marks and my thanks to Albert at Capital Garage Door Ottawa, as I was able to fix the door.
A definite 10/10!
