While doing a total bathroom renovation some unexpected things came up that wasn't part of the contract but Tod had his guys take care of it without charging extra. He knew we were on a tight budget and was very respectful and considerate of that. We also had him do our roof. Our neighbor had their roof done soon after by another company and we noticed that our neighbor had to clean up the mess that was left behind. Tod's guys did a great job and cleaned up everything, we didn't have to lift a finger. Oh and did I mention that his price was unbeatable. Keep up the good work Tod!

Todd from Coleman Contracting in Ontario was hired to fix pooling on our deck and then he made it worse by creating a leak. Never came up with proactive solutions to fix the damage they caused. Then, Todd said he wanted to open up our walls to find the leak. We didn't want to risk his team creating more damage since the leak was clearly isolated with their work on the deck.
His staff, Joe said we needed to seal the edges of the deck ourselves regularly to try and stop the leak. Their work also looks unprofessional - slapped on brown gunk on white railings, walls. The deck started peeling and deteriorating in less than a year. Asked for our money back and Coleman Contracting has ignored our request.

Had them come to my house last week. I was very pleased with everything being on time. I was very pleased the work. Id definitely give them a Recommendation. Thanks for the great work Colman contracting.

I have to say I have never been happier! Professional and clean work done as expected on time and every step explained to me by Todd ! Joe was on site and very polite left with amazing work done and spotless !

Had my kitchen done by Todd and the team and it looked great. Easy to work with and always there to answer a phone call. Great service. In Coleman contracting. I highly recommend.

Absolutely worst contractors ever! Ended up in a reno from hell with these guys. We liked Todd and entrusted him and his team in renovating our unfinished basement. From the get go all they cared about was getting money from us. Red flags were there all from the beginning but hindsight is always 20/20. From the poorly executed engineer drawings (his engineer) to the shoddy and unprofessional work his team did, to the job site being left unlocked/unsecured regularly at the end of the day - working with these guys was nothing short of a nightmare. They literally toe our whole house apart and left a huge mess on site. At one point we were told that the water would be off so left for what we were told would be 5 days and ended up being 3 months! A total nightmare situation and nothing was ever don’t to rectify any of it. Do not trust these people. They are amateurs and only care about taking your money. No integrity and terrible, shoddy work.

I hired Coleman Contracting to convert a garage into a four season space. Electrical unfinished, terrible drywall installation and water seeping in.
I expressed my concerns to Todd and we scheduled an on-site meeting which he never showed up for. One week later I caught one of his employees (Joe) in my backyard, unauthorized and removing his tools. Clearly Todd has no intentions of addressing these deficiencies.
I strongly discourage anyone from using Coleman Contracting.

We hired Todd to rebuild our covered deck. Excellent job - we ended up having him build a patio as well. Great price and quality of workmanship. His main concern was - anything can be done as long as your happy with the work. They cleaned up everything to be spotless - cleaner than it was to begin with. This company will be our first choice for any jobs we need done. Very satisfied!

I hired Todd and the crew to finish my framed basement and turn it into a home office. He ran the electrical, insulated the perimeter walls, erected the drywall, ran pot lights, and installed a cantilever desktop. He can do lots more being a general contractor so I will certainly consider him for future work in my house. The company is legit licensed and insured, also with the BBB.. You will also see their name in a plaque in Sick Kids....
