I hired Coleman Contracting to convert a garage into a four season space. Electrical unfinished, terrible drywall installation and water seeping in. I expressed my concerns to Todd and we scheduled an on-site meeting which he never showed up for. One week later I caught one of his employees (Joe) in my backyard, unauthorized and removing his tools. Clearly Todd has no intentions of addressing these deficiencies. I strongly discourage anyone from using Coleman Contracting.
