Home Automation review in Newmarket

DesignFX completed a whole home automation project, for which the rough-in was completed by another home automation contractor. DesignFX quoted competitively to win the job a and worked diligently to source and install all the items covered by the quote. They offered good advice on opportunities to enhance functionality or reduce costs, where possible.

Post-install, DesignFX was great. We had a manufacturer warranty issue with an amp that they dealt with promptly (complete replacement). Similarly, they have been great in dealing with a few minor follow-up programming items.

We continue to deal with DesignFX on routine updates and the occasional addition to our system.

All things considered, I would definitely use DesignFX again.
