Jaytech Plumbing

I've had some poor experience with plumbers due to incompetence and fear mongering. After bringing in another plumber who didn't know how to respond to the issue I was having with my basement toilet, I brought in Jaytech expecting them to have rip my toilet out (based on what the other plumber) - it turns out the problem wasn't with the toilet (other plumber told me I should get a new toilet!). Fortunately, no work needed to be performed - he told me the cause of the issue and how it resolve it. Mike was knowledgeable, honest, respectful. I was expecting to pay for this time to come to my home, but he didn't even charge me! Will definitely using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Shaun from JayTech is a wonderful gentleman. He came out last week to do a plumbing hook up for my washing machine. His work is very professional, neat and tidy; and above all, par excellence. He fixed a couple of toilets that needed fixing on two separate occasions in the past and no mess was left. He is one of the cleanest and tidiest guys I have come across, and very honest too. Check out the photo of the job he did, and the attention to detail. I think JayTech knows how to hire the right kind of plumbers. I am very lucky to have found them and wish the very best for them. People like this are a rare find these days. Thank you Shawn for a real grand job you did with the plumbing hook up for my washing machine and the attention to detail. Very professional indeed. After carefully searching the web for a good plumber, I came across some great and positive reviews about Jaytech and so I called and set up an appointment. Mike and Travis arrived on time, they were very nice, courteous and good at their job. They had pride of workmanship. This is a family-owned business so they are careful about their professional reputation. I highly recommend them. You can be sure of a job well done and well priced too. They are two cool guys.
